Happy Birthday to me!

Hello to all members and readers – new and old!

I know it’s been quite a while since you heard from me, and I won’t go into all the personal details of why that happened. However, I am now able to move ahead with EZ Expert Web Tools once more. Yayyyy!

And the very first thing that I should let you know is that the latest version of EZ Expert Member Site Manager – version 1.4 – has just been released!

If you have purchased EZ Expert Member Site Manager, version 1.4 of the script is now available inside the EZExpertWebTools.com members’ area for download.

If you’ve never installed the script, then just download the “EZ Expert Member Site Manager Full Version 1.4? file.

If you’ve already installed an earlier version, then you also need to download the “EZ Expert Member Site Manager Version 1.x To 1.4 Update” file and follow the update instructions. Remember – be sure to back up your files and MySQL database before performing the update! The update will work with any of the earlier versions.

In addition to some bug-fixes, there were some feature updates made including the following…

* You can now create access to Folders, instead of only files, in the download area.
(This was a feature request by Gary Durkin – and I won’t give away his reason, but just think about it!)

* The system now uses PHPmailer to send mail, which now gives you the option to send email using SMTP Authentication, which many web hosts now require.

* The WYSIWYG editor used in the Administration Area has been updated to the latest version of tinyMCE, as well as providing expanded functionality.

Hi all,

This is just a quick post to let you know that if you have purchased EZ Expert Member Site Manager, version 1.3 of the script is now available inside the EZExpertWebTools.com members’ area for download.

If you’ve never installed the script, then just download the “EZ Expert Member Site Manager Full Version 1.3″ file.

If you’ve already installed version 1.2, then download the “EZ Expert Member Site Manager Version 1.2 To 1.3 Update” file and follow the update instructions. Remember – be sure to back up your files and MySQL database before performing the update!

If you’ve already installed version 1, then download both “Update” files and follow the update instructions to install the Version 1 To 1.2 Update first, followed by the Version 1.2 To 1.3 Update.

Hi y’all!

I know it’s been a really long time since I’ve posted an update for you, but that’s because I’ve been working on a few things that I think you’ll really like!

First off, I’ve just completed the latest update to my EZ Expert Member Site Manager script – it’s now up to Version 1.3!

The major change with this update is a much more streamlined member management interface in the Admin area. I’ve replaced six (6) different member management screens with just one. And I’ve added the ability to perform member searches based on a variety of member profile information like username, first name, email, etc.

The new version and update files are already available in the Downloads area for those of you who purchased the EZ Expert Member Site Manager with Private Label Rights. I’ll make another post here once I’ve got the Personal Use version uploaded.

Secondly, we’ve got a new FORUM! You can find it at http://EZExpertWebTools.com/forum

Please go check it out and let me know what Topics you’d like me to set up for you.

Thirdly, we’ve got a new Help Desk! So if you have any questions, comments or suggestions for me, you can now submit them either on the blog, the forum or the Help Desk at http://support.trinitalianenterprises.com

And finally.. (yes, I saved the best for last…)
I’m going to be moving the EZExpertWebTools.com member area over to the MemberSpeed platform!

Why? Because I can give you some really neat things with it, like Member-To-Member special offers where you can sell your own stuff to other members, and a JV Zone where you can make and respond to Joint Venture offers, and a whole lot more.

This decision did cause a delay in the launch of our Pro Membership, but I think the new system will make it worth the wait.

Now if you’ve ever taken a look at MemberSpeed you’ll have realized that this is not a simple little script, but a very complex and comprehensive content management system. So this may take a bit of time to get off the ground. But I’ll keep you updated on the progress with this as we go along.

Our awesome EZ Expert Member Site Manager software has now been updated to version 1.2, which includes a few minor corrections and feature enhancements.

The two most significant enhancements are:
1. The site Administrator can now send a test email to his/her own email address before sending messages out to members.
2. Members can now retrieve their password using either their username or their email address (instead of just their username).

Check out our EZ Expert Member Site Manager Version 1.2 today. You’ll be amazed at how quickly and ez-ily you can have your very own membership site up and running!
